Starving Arts Gallery offers a competitive leasing program for our clients that cover most of our available collection. With our 3 month leasing contract, a client may choose to renew upon expiration(includes artwork exchange. Transportation & installation fees required), Extend current lease.keep same artwork(fee based only on artpiece itself), or terminate leasing contract(compensation for early termination required).
Leasing art gives our client the ability to become familiar with an art piece and really enjoy the artwork they have considered purchasing. Equally, leasing is an affordable method for beautifying special occasions such as dinners,weddings etc. For the private space it offers the chance to periodically renew or update the surroundings.
Fine art offers a stylish, sophisticated touch to any home or office. It allows a business to uplift the office setting with beautiful art that comes from local area talent. Since art leasing can be considered a business expense, leases can be tax deductable.

Fees
The gallery offers a competitive leasing price schedule that is based on actual purchase price. Fifty percent of rental fees for the last 3 month contract can be deducted from purchase price(some conditions may apply). See pricing for more information.

We offer consulting for our corporate and residential clientelle. By visiting your home or office, we will help you decide on efficient ways to improve the aesthetics of your space.
Installation,Service & Delivery
Delivery and installation is provided by Starving Arts Gallery to all clients in and around the Montreal area. This is a cost that is factored into the overall leasing agreement with our client. Service of the artwork, when necessary, will be fully agreed upon and performed by the artist themselves, unless otherwise agreed upon by the artist.
You can select work on your own or work with Starving Arts, art consultants.
- Rental contracts are for 3 month increments.
- During the 3 months, you can purchase the work, continue to lease, or terminate the leasing contract(compensation fees required for early termination).
- Fifty percent of the last 3 month leasing agreement fee is applied to the purchase price.
